well i just got back from my weekend and guess what i did..... i went surfing it was so much fun i can now ride a mal (thicker and wider then a normal surf board) but it was so much fun i just hav to bend my legs more............ im nt as good as the pros but im geting there.. but being 2 hours away from the surf i wont be geting there in anytime soon............let me ask you a question why is that people are always more relaxed and carm at some where like the beach or at a river. i think that it might be the water and seeing the fish swiming carmly against the current (who knows why i mean it is much easyer to swim with the current and you know the saying birds fly south for the winter and fish's case they swim against the current anyways where was i right people being carm at rivers) peoplle being carm is a good sigh i mean being relaxed is heathy and yer that the only thing i can think of right now...........
anyway i dont know what else to say but i shall get back to you l8ter with more random stuff love you all
